I work at Cheapest PC Repair on Grand Ave., every day there is a state patrol near the Governors home that just sits there giving out tickets faster than you can count. He is ticketing for seat belts and speeding. He parks in- between the coffee shop and Terrace Hill. (Des Moines 50312)

E/N bound: Just as you round the bend, past University, but before E. Euclid, he sits on the Left hand side of the Interstate. He has been spotted as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 10 a.m., sometimes he will switch to the other (West- bound) side, but he is prevalent on the E-bound side.

Drivers be aware if traveling south on Indianola Rd towards Army Post Rd. Every morning between the hours 8-9am a squad car is either to your left view in the new development area or backed in the fire station to your right.
