This is Speed Trap Zone. I am giving good information about a product I have purchased. It covers the license plate with a somewhat clear plastic. This cover houses a prismatic lens, that obscures the plate number from cameras, but is clear to the human eye. It works wonders at radar cameras, speed cameras, and redlight cameras. The cameras sight from an angle to the plate, and the numbers have vanished. Purchase at Bavarian Auto Sports, for $35.00 ea. I have no connection with Bavarian Auto Sports.
Franklin Ave & Isbell St
Beware of a white Ford Escape. It is usually parked between Perry Street and Isabell Street. It sits just at the school zone sign. I am not sure if the radar is clocking you for going 5 mph over the 35mph speed limit or the 25 mph school zone speed limt. To be safe go 25mph. The Gretna Ford Escapes can only clock you in the direction the Escape is facing. The Westwego Escapes can clock you in either direction.
