Police sit just near the "turn around" near Hagerstown Honda. It’s right where Beaver Creek Road comes out near the dealerships. !ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT! If participating in a speed contest with another vehicle 😉 (esp fri and sat nights) a cop will be just on the off ramp from I 70 to 40. He will be in the shadows and very stealthed, however it is an optimal position to shoot radar and watch vehicles as they race.
Interstate 70E near Exit Number 35
as you are coming down S. Mountain towards hagerstown. at the bottom of the mtn., there is an emergency median. there are usually state troopers sitting there any time of day or night. as you are coming down the mtn, look for brake lights, this will warn you of police activity.
