Bloomington, Minnesota Speed Traps

Unmarked police car shoots laser at northbound traffic driving down the hill approaching the cemetery. The unmarked car sits at hte entrance to the cemetery and is partially covered by pine trees. Around the curve regular squad cars are writing tickets.

Trap on Old Shakopee. East of Nicolett. One car detecting and calling ahead to pull over. Not sure what they were using to detect. I have a newer radar/laser detector and it did not detect….twice. Anyone know what’s going on please add a comment.

I drive by this location every Saturday morning around 9:30 a.m. and there are cops on both sides of the highway. It is usually a pick-up where one cop is sitting up on the hill and clocks the speeder then radios to pick them up about 1/2 mile ahead.

State troopers like to hang out here waiting for speeders heading to 494 or Minneapolis.

Oak Grove Middle school parking lot entrance. The cops tend to clock people after 10:00 on weekends.
