From Spring Mtn. Rd. @ S. Ft. Apache going west until Hualapai Way, the speed limit is 35 mph. Many motorists are caught at night anywhere along this stretch by motorcycle NHP, with the middle point at S. Grand Canyon. It is one of the few residentials streets in this western county locale with a 35 mph speed limit while drivers exceed speeds of 45 mph on regular basis. Beware.

Heading to 215 – speed limit changes from 45 to 35 and cops are hiding out around Airlands or Halston to catch anyone coming from 215 or heading toward it. Crazy Seniors call the cops to stop anyone going faster than 35
(if you are going down hill from 215 your car automatically picks up speed so you have to keep your foot on the brakes!) Going toward 215 is uphill and if you accelerate they are there to get you!
