Rochester, New York Speed Traps

The marked police car is not far from the corner of Highland Ave.and Monroe Ave. The car is north of that corner and hidden near where Chadbourne Rd. intersects.

Once and awhile I have spotted a state trooper leaning out of his car or standing with the door open radaring west bound traffic on the I-490 over mt read blvd. it is on top of the hill he is sometimes hard to see with all the on and off ramps.

A state tropper , or shariff usually sits on either side of the median on 531 just past the no u-turn and trees depending on which traffic he wants to radar there are a strip of small trees and bushes there plenty enough to block your view of them, but this is only seasonal because of the wetness of the ground is a factor.
