University City, Speed Cam Trap!

Those cops are very sneaky on this stretch of road just north of UNCC. The white van with 2 blue strips will be parked near the Charlotte Weed shortly after the 29/49 split going North bound. It could be in a used car parking lot near the edge of the road OR across the street from Bloom as you are going down the hill just before you see the animal vet. Do not get caught in this area and stop these speed cams! It is just a lazy and ineffictive way to fight speeding.

Going north bound where 85 crosses over 77 and turns left(by LaSalle street exit) A trooper will sit on the left shoulder right under the over pass

Early morning enforcement from Marsh Rd. to East Blvd. Motorcycle cops, marked cruisers running radar. One of the cruisers sits in the parking lot on the left just befor East Blvd. facing traffic.

They hide in a driveway that is obstructed from view by a row of pine trees.

Between Johnston and Rea Rd a cop will sit in the left turn lane and wait with lights off. They recently changed the speed limit from 45 to 40. The cop sat before the speed limit sign heading east on Ballantyne Commons.
