Police often park in driveway of house on intersecting street on southbound side, and in left turn lanes both northbound and southbound. This section of Johnston Rd lies between Carmel Rd. and McAlpine Creek. Very difficult to visually detect due to a couple of hills and the curve just before the McAlpine Creek bridge. Marked and unmarked units used.
