On Capital Blvd inside the Belt-line going North after the Atlantic Ave/Wake Forest Rd exits, a police officer in a car or on a motorcycle is typically waiting atop the hill. Its hard to see them because of the hill and curve in the road.

there is usually a cop car in the median as you first come down Eagle Trace facing back toward the lake. They sit between Wild Dunes Drive and Laurel Valley Way

Patrol car or motorcycle will sit on the shoulder to the left of the far left lane (basically in the median). I’ve seen them on both the Inner and Outer directions of the Beltline.

Sits pointing back toward the beltline facing east bound traffic. as you come down the little hill you can’t see them until it’s to late.
