Markham, Ontario Speed Traps

While going eat bound towards Markham Rd the fire station on your right ahnd side they sit at the enterance of the parking lot normally two (2) of them fully marked. If you going east bound from Markham Rd towards Macowan Rd Watch on the leFort Stay at 50km/h

Just west the stoplight at the Townline of Pickering & Markham. The speed limit drops at the stoplight and if you get the green light your speed will be decreasing but not enough, and you will be stopped by the police with radar. Sometimes there are more that one officer clocking speeders

Going west on steels, right after leslie you will see a bridge, slow down to 60 because right after the bridge cops park their cars on the left side sidewalk area, next to the Bus stop and use radar to catch speeders due to the down hill factor people always fall for it.

Police often sit on the side streets along Rodick catching drivers going over the 40kmh posted limits especially during the school hours rush. I’ve mostly seen it heading south on Rodick before 16th; but a few times have seen them while I was heading north as well.

Police car is usually hidding behind the last right turn (West side) on Stonedridge Drive just before 16th Ave and trapping on southbound traffic.
It is setup on early morning (as early as 5:30am).
