Eastbound Highway 2a/Eastbound Kingston Rd heading out onto Highway 401 in Scarborough. I know I used to enforce it there, speed limit is set at 80 but the road is like a highway. for more informaton check my speeding ticket web site at www.ontariospeeding.com
Gerrard Street near Broadview Avenue
They set up right neat the coffee shop across the street. The police officer is often hidden and connot be seen from far away. So, as you are coming over the bridge watch your speed very carefully and do not even go 10 km/h over. They can be seen there anytime of day or night.
Keele Street near Bloor/Parkside Street
On Keele St just north of Bloor – beside a school playground on the west side of Keele. During school hours the speed limit is reduced to 40 km. There is a sign with flashing yellow lights indicating when the reduced speed limit is enforced. Officer stands on West side of Keele facing North to catch Southbound traffic (radar on tripod, cruiser behind a big tree). He is pulling people over constantly – one after another.
Lakeshore Boulevard near Windermere Avenue
Coming off the QEW/Gardiner Lakeshore exit watch out for a radar sitting on the south side of lakeshore in the parking lot of the park on Lakeshore Boulevard West and Windermere Ave. Hard to see them because of the slight curve in the road. Seen them there all kinds of hours of the day. Easy money because if you are just coming off the highway you may not notice the 60km speed limit. Easy to go 80kms because everybody else is doing it.
Lakeshore Boulevard near Royal York Road
Eastbound a couple of blocks past Royal York on Lakeshore Blvd. West. Radar on the south side, at least a couple of times a week in the morning, 9am. Posted Limit is 50km, they will pick you off, even if you are going 60km.
