Church across from seniors home. They are in the church parking lot usually at night. Also further up the road in the abandoned car dealership parking lot across from funeral home you can’t see then because of city sign and shrubs.

In the parking lot of High School and down the road across from Hair Salon (Hair in Action) near Dixon Crescent. Usually 9am rush – mid-day . In school lot at nights.

were seen earlier today, so be careful driving down woodlawn rd between first ave and cemetary.

Cruisers sit in the parking lot and cannot be seen when approaching from King St towards Southworth St. Also they have been known to park in the out exit "Behind" the Shoppers Drug Store on Ontario…just before the tracks.

They set-up at the Archer Truck Repair coming into and going out of welland, there is a little side street there. Either with tripod or with radar gun. They catch you from down the road were you cant really notice them. One runs the radar while others flag you in were you are out of sight, were they can continue nabing others.
