Going through the Villanova University campus. It is unclear exactly where they clock you, but you get pulled over at the intersection of North Spring Mill Road and County Line Road.

Northbound I-95 by the onramp from 676 merge. Highway Patrol and State Troopers sit in the middle right next to the train station and monitor traffic. If you are heading north, you can’t see them until you come up on them because they are behind the guard rail. Troopers been seen reversing into this position and wait. If you are merging to northbound 95 from I-676 east, you can’t see them unless you look over the ramp as you are merging.

As you get on 95 south at PHL airport from Island ave. there is usually 1 or 2 state troopers parked behind the wall waiting for speeders thats not in the pack
