Photos at stop lights begin now at the Bensalem-Roosevelt Blvd. city limits all the way down the Boulevard at every major intersection. Tickets are generated automatically if even an orange light is accidently run, and costs $100 each.
Kelly Drive near underneath Girard Avenue
Philadelphia police will sit underneath Girard Ave on Kelly Drive. I have also seen State Troopers with radar there.

Interstate I-95 near Exit Number Betsy Ross Bridge entrance
When going SouthBound on I-95, cops sit on the Betsy Ross overhead ramp and watch north/southbound traffic on 95. The cop will park on the elevated entrance ramp leading towards I95 south.
If you are nearing Betsy Ross bridge on 95, slow down. They normally aren’t around during rush hour (mostly due to the fact that the general highway speed at rush out is 25mph). But late at night and EVERY holiday weekend, they camp out.
