W.Walnut between Garland road and Plano road high enforcment by Garland and Constables.
Interstate 30 near Northwest Street
Lastest trick is for the office to sit on the right shoulder and visually pick out cars to pull over. I recently received a ticket from a Dallas County Constable and he never had a radar gun. It guessed that my speed was around 75. I had visual confirmation that he had no radar, as he was standing outside his car with nothing in his hands. When I asked to see the radar for proof I was speeding, he declined to show me.
Rowlett Road near Broadway Boulevard
If you’re on Rowlett road headed towards Broadway, and away from Lakeview highschool, cops will often hide in the rural driveways waiting for student drivers to speed by. They do the opposite in the mornings, waiting for student drivers to speed towards schoool, and will wait in turn lanes or on the median.
Interstate 30 near Beltline/Broadway Road
I live in Garland and work in Rocwall, and run parts for work all the time. As you go 30 East from about NW Hwy, there are various spots Garand PD and a couple Constables sit. One is just past Beltline on the right, at Garland Inn, a GPD will it at the entrance hidden behind a hill and will laser people… Another place is going East or West, GPD or the Constables will sit on the left shoulder and catch people coming over the hills.
Garland Road near Plano Road
There will be a police officer in some of the parking lots of the businesses and you will be thrown off because ther will most likely be one car paked in front very visible(no one in it) and ther will be another one hidden clocking you.
