From SSE Loop 323 to FM 850 on State Hwy 31Eit is 60mph not 70mph like most people think. DPS Sheriff car and moto moniter this 2.5 mile stretch on a regular basis. Most people think it is automatic 70mph. They moniter both east and west bound traffic daily.

Speed drops to 50 mph for about 3/4 of a mile, and troopers or deputies will often back in off the road at night and sit in the dark and wait for you to come through.

South Donnybrook Ave.
As you are heading down South Donnybrook Ave. going toward ToysRUs A cop car sits in the parking lot of a synagogue (church), on your right. The speed limit is like 30 mph and they will get you. A cop sometimes sits at Winchester Blvd., a street right after the synagogue as well.
US Hwy. 69 (S. Broadway Ave.)
Speed limit is such you will stop at every signal light going North or South on US 69 (South Broadway). One must speed at 10 to 15 mph faster than posted speed limit to make green lights. Tyler Texas likes you to use more fuel also.
N. Glenwood Boulevard
Coming North From Gentry Pkwy onto Glenwood Toward MLK, the road dips a little and you can catch moto or cop car posted on the left at Avis/Dr. Pepper Entrance or closer to MLK before stop sign/ Speed limit 30-35 I think doesn’t matter though, they will get you
