Enforcement is heavier certain times of the month. Sometimes a patrol car will be in the parking lot of the new strip center on Rice Rd. assisting.

There are no houses or buildings on this area of the road. A new golf course is on the south side and traffic is moderate but not deserving of 30 miles per hour. Motorcycle patrol and police cars are common types of cops here.

Tyler pd sits on the center lane of paluxy, south of the loop facing north 100 yards from the loop. easy to gain speed.
