Bizarre! The stretch of 123/Chainbridge Road running in/out
of Old Town Fairfax, just past Red Hot and Blue has three different speed limits with a 3/10 of a mile. Coming North, as you pass GMU, it goes from 40 to 35. Just after you pass Red Hot and Blue (on left), it drops to 25. I got tagged on a SATURDAY morning…there were so many people being pulled over that they had us pull into a parking lot! Speed limit going South on 123 is 30, then 35, for the EXACT SAME STRETCH of road! Cops on Motorcycles, tucked behind a wall, peeking over the top of it…total "sniper" view down 123…
