Norfolk, Virginia Speed Traps

Chesapeake blvd between Robinhood Rd and Five points. This has been a honey for our badged fisherman for at least 30 years. Speed limit is 30. They park their boats down one of many narrow side streets.

Between Northampton Blvd. and Va. Beach Blvd., Kempsville Road is a killer. Speed limit is only 25 MPH and they’re out there looking for you speeders.

As you leave Naval Station Norfolk on I-564 and emerge from underneath the runway by the Air Field there will typically be an Officer of one type or another ( mostly State Trooper) sitting in the grass to the right hand side of the highway.

It is on the unviersty portion of hampton blvd, mainly around the Ted convacation center.

Passing little creek rd heading toward Diamond springs, there is a bin to come around. You dont see the police until You get completely around because there are trees and bushes blocking. By then, its too late. They sit in the parking lot of the fishing pier on the right and clock speed.
