Heading towards Kempsville on Northampton from Virginia Beach-cop sits in the "u turn" lane as you pass the 64 overpass.
Hampton Boulevard near ODU
Bridge right after ODU going toward Naval Base (near the yatch club) you will randomly have a cop on either side (near the public library) or the other way
Hampton Boulevard near Northern Half
Hampton Blvd is used by Norfolk police as a way of victimizing young military personnel stationed in the city. The four lane road has a low speed limit, especially near the military installation, and ample places for hidden patrolmen with radar guns. Along with the Granby Street graveyard-entrance trap,Hampton Blvd. serves to provide a great deal of revenue for the city at the expense of military and civilian federal employees.
