They Hide in The HOV entrance/exit on the southbound 15, its on your left side right after the 15/163 split they hide in the hov exit when its not in use and theres almost no way you can see them until its far too late. Caution until Qualcomm stadium.

This trap is often set up at the base of the Hill coming out of Santee and just before the I-15. It is ussually one or two motorcycle units with pop radar. It is easy to get a head of steam coming down the hill and they catch a number of fast rollers.

Generally 2 motorcycle units gunning at about 1/4 mile or less in front of elementry school play ground. Intersection of Fanuel and Turquoise or Ingraham depending on which direction you are traveling.

Motorcycle cop hides behind park cars or trees. Trap is located on portion of Rosecrans closest to the Navy Submarine Base.

Going down the hill into Santee from Mission Trails. Cop sits in the entrance to the mobile home park about halfway down. Often motorists coming the other way up the hill flash their brights to warn.
