at the base of the Mathews Bridge, heading east

Jacksonville, FloridaMar 24, 20100 Comments

Cops love to hang out here, at the base of the Mathews bridge, right off the Arlington Expressway, and it’s almost always the side coming FROM downtown, which is eastbound.
If you’re coming from downtown, and driving towards the beach, Arlington, or Regency, watch for cops right off the side of the road.

West Bound J.Turner Butler Blvd just east of I95(Southpoint)

Jacksonville, FloridaMar 18, 20101 Comments

They sit at the top on the overpass on JTB at Belfort Rd…just over the crest of the overpass, so you can’t see them until you’re up on them. They have the gun on a tripod and pull over multiple cars at a time. After passing Southside Blvd, move to the right lane and slow down as you approach this overpass.
