Heading north on roosevelt blvd (17) just at the bottom of the Ortega bridge there are usually 2 motorcyle cops shooting radar at oncoming traffic. often it is on monday morning! great way to start a work week with a big fat ticket!!

at the base of the Mathews Bridge, heading east
Cops love to hang out here, at the base of the Mathews bridge, right off the Arlington Expressway, and it’s almost always the side coming FROM downtown, which is eastbound.
If you’re coming from downtown, and driving towards the beach, Arlington, or Regency, watch for cops right off the side of the road.
Park Street between Lakeshore Blvd and Lane Ave
JSO or FHP sitting on the South side of Park Street with radar gun checking traffic Westbound on Park St. Speed limit is 30 mph.
West Bound J.Turner Butler Blvd just east of I95(Southpoint)
They sit at the top on the overpass on JTB at Belfort Rd…just over the crest of the overpass, so you can’t see them until you’re up on them. They have the gun on a tripod and pull over multiple cars at a time. After passing Southside Blvd, move to the right lane and slow down as you approach this overpass.
