Merriman Roady Cops Sit at church on East side of road behing the church sign , speed is 45 and anything over 48 they will get you

There will be 1 or 2 cops sitting in the Vet parking lot just south of KFC. They will get speeders and also the people turning right on red off of Schoolcraft Rd.

Livonia police always sit right on Buckingham Drive or the abandoned CHI CHI’s restaurant. Which is on the corner of Middlebelt Rd & I-96. So traffic going North or South on Middlebelt, if going over the 40MPH limit WILL get pulled over. There is 2 other cop cars in the area as well, so they will call them to get you while the other still laser reads speeds. I always see people getting pull over daily, because I work at the Comfort Inn right down there. So watch out, they are sneaky!

Marked and unmarked cruisers sit in the side streets, back a little, so you can’t see them. The speed limit is 25, and the stops signs were removed this summer. It’s a smooth, one mile stretch…and it’s hard to drive just 25. Beware! It’s a daily speed trap.

Officers will sit or stand in the BP gas station and watch cars turning leFort or breaking the yellow light. he will radio a police car parked in the commercial complex driveway and the Police usually 2 or 3 cars will come out and pull you over.
