Delaware Avenue near From Sheridan Drive to Hertle Avenue
Kenmore Police are well known for zero tolerance. It doesn’t matter who you are or what time of day. Their reputation for nabbing anyone who drives just 5 miles per hour over the limit is famous in Western New York.
Frontier Road near Saint Ritas Lane
The state university police are ALWAYS hanging out around South Lake Village apartments and the bike path. The speed limit is 15 mph, and they hide in about 5 different spots. 49/15 OUCH!
Audubon Parkway near State Highway Millersport
The state university cops set up along Audubon Parkway as it goes through campus, especially near the traffic light and crosswalk between the dorms and rest of the campus. You can easily do 65 or 70, but it’s posted 40.
Niagara Falls Boulevard near Kenmore Avenue
Trap is located on Niagara Falls Blvd near the end, which is near Kenmore Ave. Speed limit used to be 45, but changed to 35 because of widening of road. Local residents wanted to make sure the 35 mph law is enforced, and police enforce it well.
Interstate 290 near Anywhere east or westbound
Troopers usually are hiding wherever they can- under overpasses or in the no-turn areas. Be especially careful when approaching the Niagara Falls Blvd. exit (hides underneath the overpass) and when going over the bridge past the Delaware Avenue exit (sits in the no-turn area at the bottom of the hill).
