Jane Street near Long Bridge between Threwthewey & Weston

Toronto, OntarioJun 08, 20070 Comments

Anywhere on Jane between the Shell station, and Weston on the other side of the long bridge over the rail tracks. Most often they’ll hide in the little driveway on the southboud end of the bridge and nab you as you coast down the bridge. Sometimes they’ll switch it up though, and sit on the northbound side.

Jane Street near Alliance Boulevard

Toronto, OntarioJun 08, 20070 Comments

Be careful going through the deep valley on Jane by Alliance. It’s just on the other side of the hill south of Eglinton. Sometimes they’ll sit there by Timmys with their coffee, and play with the laser. It’s pretty easy to speed through here, as both sides going into the valley are long runs for inducing speed.

Black Creek Drive near Overpass

Toronto, OntarioJun 08, 20070 Comments

Black Creek dr, usually southbound. As you’re heading south off the 400, as you pass the curve by the exit for Jane st, they love to hide here, as your speed can easily be more than the posted 70, where you just got off the 400. Occasionaly, they’re hide on the northbound side too. They usually sit between the Jane exit and the other side of the maple leaf overpass. All too easy to get nabbed big time here. Also, northbound Black Creek from Lawrence, they love to sit up ride, as you can’t see them till it’s too late.

Midnight Runner

US Highway 400 near Shepard Avenue

Toronto, OntarioJun 08, 20070 Comments

On the 400 between Shepard and Finch, don’t push it too hard, especialy if you’re southbound. They often sit at the driveway to the MTO yard there just north of Shepard. Occasionaly, they’re set up on the Shepard overpass there as well, and nab you both ways. They usually wait for the big speeders here, aka ‘high milers’ but if it’s been a slow ticket day….

The Night Runner

Wilson Avenue near US Highway 400

Toronto, OntarioJun 08, 20070 Comments

When traveling west on Wilson Ave, slack off the gas before you go under the 400 overpass, just past the 711 store. It’s easy to speed here, wide open road, little traffic, etc. They’ll often be there late at night, just hidden away on the west side of the overpass. Occasionaly, they’ll be there in the AM too, and even doing eastbound then as well.
